Welcome to Lose Weight Fast and Easy
If you’re anything like me, you’ve rode the Merry-Go-’Round of Diets. The ride is always the same and when the ride is over you end up right back where you got on. You start the ‘Best new Diet’ and initially you lose some weight. Then your weight loss slows and no amount of exercise, foo foo magic diet dust pills, or half-eaten expensive meal plan meals can get your weight loss back on track. After a month or two, your determination fades, because, the weight loss stopped, and you slide back into your old habits….and the weight you worked so hard to lose creeps back. Then you take the ride again and ’round and ’round we go over and over.
I guess that’s not always true, I’ve seen some people whose ride becomes a Haunted House. Those are the friends whose disappointment becomes depression and they feed that depression, literally.
But, I’ve seen others who somehow get off the diet Merry-Go-’Round and take another ride. A ride that moves and motivates them. A ride that carries them from where they are today to where they want to be tomorrow.
That’s the ride I want to take.
